醫(yī)學(xué)論文范文:FOLFIRI方案化療對(duì)腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素的動(dòng)態(tài)影響
【摘要】 [目的]探討FOLFIRI方案化療對(duì)腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素的動(dòng)態(tài)影響。[方法]選擇胃腸癌根治術(shù)后男性患者共41例,分為化療組21例和對(duì)照組20例,分別于FOLFIRI化療開(kāi)始前(化療開(kāi)始0月)和結(jié)束時(shí)(化療開(kāi)始6月),化療結(jié)束后6月和FOLFIRI化療結(jié)束后1年時(shí)(化療開(kāi)始18個(gè)月)監(jiān)測(cè)患者血漿皮質(zhì)醇和醛固酮水平。[結(jié)果]在18個(gè)月的觀察期內(nèi)對(duì)照組的糖皮質(zhì)激素?zé)o明顯變化;醛固酮的活性水平呈升高趨勢(shì),化療組的糖皮質(zhì)激素活性水平在化療后明顯升高,超過(guò)正常水平,化療結(jié)束6個(gè)月后仍高于化療前和對(duì)照組同期水平,化療結(jié)束12個(gè)月后才降至正常,醛固酮在6個(gè)療程的FOLFIRI方案化療后呈明顯降低,而化療結(jié)束12個(gè)月后仍未完全恢復(fù)。[結(jié)論]FOLFIRI方案對(duì)分泌糖皮質(zhì)激素的內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞無(wú)明顯器質(zhì)性損傷,但可能永久性地?fù)p害了交感神經(jīng)興奮性或/和相應(yīng)的內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞,造成醛固酮分泌障礙醫(yī).學(xué)全.在.線網(wǎng)站jfsoft.net.cn。

Abstract: [Objective]To explore the dynamic influence of chemical therapy PLOFIRI plan on adrenal cortex hormones.[Method]Select 41 male cases with gastricintestinal cancer halsted operation, divide them into chemical therapy group(1) with 21 cases and control one 20(2), respectively measure both cortisol and aldosterone levels at 6m and 1 year after FOLFIRI therapy.[Result]After chemical treatment for 18m, in group 2, there’s no marked change on glucocorticoid, the aldosterone was raised; in group 1, the glucocorticoid was much more increased than normal level, even 6m after the end of treatment, still higher than that before treatment and that of control one of the same period, but decreased to normal after 12m; while the aldosterone was markedly decreased after 6 courses of the plan and could not recover after 12m.[Conclusion]FOLFIRI plan has no marked organic injury incretion cell for glucocorticoid, but may permanently injure the corresponding incretion cells or sympathetic excitatory, causing disordered secretion of aldosterone.
