湯平，男，1973年出生，民盟盟員，醫(yī)學(xué)博士，美國(guó)Duke大學(xué)前列腺疾病中心博士后（2008-2009年)，廣州市第一人民醫(yī)院泌尿外科主任醫(yī)師，碩士生導(dǎo)師,廣東省泌尿外科中青年委員會(huì)、廣東省中西醫(yī)結(jié)合泌尿外科專業(yè)委員會(huì)、廣東省抗癌專業(yè)委員會(huì)泌尿外科分會(huì)委員，廣州市衛(wèi)生局、廣州市第一人民醫(yī)院優(yōu)秀科技人才，廣東省科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金評(píng)審專家。從事泌尿外科專業(yè)10余年，臨床上以泌尿外科腹腔鏡、經(jīng)尿道前列腺電切術(shù)（TURP)、經(jīng)皮腎鏡術(shù)（PCN)等為主的微創(chuàng)手術(shù)為特色。2008年作為廣州市衛(wèi)生局重點(diǎn)�？启呙谀蛲饪剖着瞬排囵B(yǎng)人選jfsoft.net.cn，被派送到美國(guó)著名的Duke大學(xué)前列腺疾病中心學(xué)習(xí)，在前列腺癌的研究方面取得了重要的成績(jī)。主持包括國(guó)家自然基金、廣東省自然基金、廣州市衛(wèi)生局重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目在內(nèi)的前列腺癌方向科研課題共6項(xiàng)，總經(jīng)費(fèi)超過(guò)100萬(wàn)元，以第一作者在世界泌尿外科主流雜志上發(fā)表SCI論著9篇，總影響因子近30分，獲得廣東省科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)、廣州市科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)各1項(xiàng)（均為第二完成人)。
