醫(yī)學(xué)論文范文:股骨近端蛇形鋼板治療股骨粗隆間骨折28例分析
【摘要】 目的 探討股骨近端蛇形鋼板治療股骨粗隆間骨折及評價(jià)療效。方法 總結(jié)股骨近端蛇形鋼板治療股骨粗隆間骨折28例，采取切開復(fù)位內(nèi)固定。結(jié)果 優(yōu)23例，良3例，差2例，優(yōu)良率93%。結(jié)論 股骨近端蛇形鋼板治療股骨粗隆間骨折，可獲得滿意療效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the operative approach and the curative effect of the anatomical proximal femur bone plate in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 28 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with anatomical proximal femur bone plate.Results 23 cases were excellent, 3 were quite good and 2 were unsatisfactory, with an excellence rate of 93%.Conclusions Anatomical proximal femur bone plate is satisfactory in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.

股骨粗隆間骨折是老年人常見骨折。隨著現(xiàn)代交通及工業(yè)的發(fā)展，高能量的損傷導(dǎo)致的骨折類型較為復(fù)雜，多為粉碎性、不穩(wěn)定性骨折，如包括大、小粗隆在內(nèi)的3到4部分骨折。其內(nèi)固定方法的選擇直接影響到臨床療效。我院自2000年8月—2006年8月，應(yīng)用股骨近端蛇形鋼板治療股骨粗隆間骨折28例，經(jīng)隨訪療效滿意�，F(xiàn)報(bào)道如下醫(yī).學(xué)全.在.線網(wǎng)站jfsoft.net.cn。
